Section 97.205 - Use of Historically Underutilized Businesses

Pursuant to Chapter 2161 of the Government Code, the Department hereby incorporates by reference the rules of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, 34 TAC §§RSA 20.11- RSA 20.28 (relating to Historically Underutilized Business Program), or any successor rules, regarding historically underutilized businesses. The Department shall comply, to the extent applicable, with the requirements of these rules when purchasing goods and services that are paid for with State appropriated money.
