Section 21.15 - Employment of Real Estate Appraisers, Technical Experts, and Estimators

The services of real estate appraisers and technical experts or estimators are obtained by the department on the basis of professional service contracts in accordance with Chapter 9, Subchapter F of this title (relating to Contract Management).
