Section 21.14 - Qualifications of Real Estate Appraisers and Other Technical Experts or Estimators

The qualifications of real estate appraisers, and other technical experts or estimators used in the acquisition of real property for highway purposes must be approved by the department. The qualifications of a real estate appraiser must include a requirement that the appraiser be certified.
