Section 844.54 - Withdrawal of Complaint(a) A complainant may withdraw a complaint at any time before the date the preliminary determination order becomes final.(b) A complainant withdrawing a complaint shall submit a form as prescribed by the Agency.(c) A complaint that is withdrawn may not be refiled and a new complaint cannot be filed for the same adverse action as the withdrawn complaint.40 Tex.
