Section 844.53 - Corrected Determinations and Decisions(a) If Agency staff discover a clerical error of a non-substantive nature in connection with a determination or decision issued under this chapter, within the applicable appeal period, the Agency may reconsider and reissue the determination unless an appeal has already been filed.(b) A reissued determination voids and replaces the determination or decision issued under this chapter requiring correction and becomes final unless an appeal is filed from the determination within 30 days of the date the reissued determination is mailed.(c) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, if a determination or decision issued under this chapter is mailed to a party's incorrect address, the Agency may reissue the determination to the party's correct address at any time.40 Tex.
