Section 749.531 - What policies and procedures must I have for protecting records?You must have policies and procedures for:
(1) Protecting paper and electronic records from destruction and loss; and(2) Clarifying the persons:(A) Within your agency who are authorized to access records; and(B) Outside of your agency who are authorized by law to have access to records.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 749.531
