Section 745.8969 - When does Licensing have good cause for not processing my application within the established time period?We have good cause for exceeding the timeframes if:
(1) While we are processing your application, we are processing at least 15% more applications than we did during the same quarter of the previous calendar year;(2) Another public or private entity that we rely on to process all or part of the applications causes the delay;(3) You are the subject of a pending investigation; or(4) Any other conditions exist that give us good cause for exceeding the time period.26 Tex.
