Section 229.216 - Records(a) Records that document training required by § 229.212(b)(2) of this title (relating to Qualifications of Individuals Who Manufacture, Process, Pack, or Hold Food) must be established and maintained.(b) The records that must be established and maintained are subject to the requirements of 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117 Subpart F.25 Tex. Admin. Code § 229.216
