Section 65.208 - Minimum Clearance(a) All boilers and appurtenances shall be located so that adequate space will be provided for the proper operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of the boiler. Manufacturer's recommended clearances must be met.(b) A minimum of one foot (305 mm) shall be maintained between the bottom of scotch-type boilers and the foundation or floor.16 Tex. Admin.
