Section 321.6 - Eligible Recipients; Eligible Activities(a) Entities that are eligible for a grant award include: (1) a business or nonprofit entity with an established presence in this state that is involved in the space exploration, research, or aeronautics industry; and(2) a governmental entity with which the commission has entered into an intergovernmental agreement for that purpose. (b) An entity that has made a gift or grant to the commission, or to a nonprofit organization established to provide support to the commission, is not eligible for a grant award.(c) Multiyear projects are eligible for a grant award.(d) All activities funded by a grant awarded by the commission must relate directly to a purpose specified in the grant.10 Tex.
