Section 1700-03-01-.23 - WAIVER OF WAITING PERIOD FOR MEMBERSHIP

Any political subdivision which has a temporary period of employment pursuant to T.C.A. § 8-35-107 may, at its option, waive such waiting period for all employees who are already members of the retirement system by virtue of other employment. Such waiver shall be in the form prescribed by the Board of Trustees.
