Section 1700-02-01-.03 - DELIVERY OF PROPERTY

Except as provided in T.C.A. § 66-29-134 of the Act or otherwise herein, all Property other than tangible Property, Securities or savings bonds required to be delivered to the Treasurer pursuant to the Act shall be remitted by ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments or other electronic means prescribed by the Treasurer.
