Section 1220-04-04-.04 - LOCATION OF RECORDS(1) All records required by these rules or necessary for the administration thereof shall be available for examination by the Authority or its representatives at all reasonable hours. When such records are kept outside the state, the utility may at its option furnish the Authority with such records as it may wish to examine or pay the reasonable travel expenses of Authority employees assigned to examine such records.Tenn.
