Section 1220-04-03-.20 - RECONNECTION(1) In all cases of discontinuance of service as herein defined, where the cause for discontinuance has been corrected, and all rules of the utility on file with the Authority have been complied with the utility shall promptly restore service to the customer.Tenn.
