Section 0800-10-03-.06 - PERSONS REQUIRED TO SIGN ELECTIONS BY CORPORATIONS EXTENDING COVERAGE TO EXEMPT SERVICES(1) Statements of election by corporate employing units to extend the Law to employments, that do not constitute "employment" as defined by the Law, shall be signed by the president, vice-president or other chief executive officer and by the treasurer, assistant treasurer or chief accounting officer of the corporation.(2) Notices of election referred to in 0800-10-03-.05 that are filed by political subdivisions must be signed by the administrative head of the political subdivision involved.Tenn.
