Section 0800-10-03-.05 - ELECTIONS TO EXTEND COVERAGE TO EXEMPTED SERVICES(1) Applications for elective coverage, as provided in T.C.A. Section 50-7-405(d)(2), by employing units for services that do not constitute employment as defined in the Law, if given written approval of the Administrator, become effective as of the first of January of the calendar year in which the election becomes effective.Tenn.
