Section 0800-09-01-.24 - SPECIAL REGULATION PERTAINING TO BENEFITS(1) In compliance with an injunction issued by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division, T.C.A., Section 50-7-304 will not be enforced insofar as it requires the termination or suspension of unemployment benefit payments of eligible claimants pending an appeal by the claimant's employer.(2) In further compliance with the order of the Court, lawful claims for benefits that are currently unpaid due to an appeal by the claimant's employer will be paid immediately.(3) This policy will remain in effect in the future until and unless it is lawfully changed by constituted authority.Tenn.
