Section 0800-09-01-.23 - NOTIFICATION TO EMPLOYERS OF BENEFITS CHARGED TO THEIR ACCOUNTS(1) The Department shall notify each employer, from time to time during each calendar year as records are processed, of the benefits charged to the employer's account.(2) The employer's notification of benefits charged shall show:(a) the employer's identification number,(b) each claimant's social security account number, and(c) the amount of benefits charged to the employer for each claimant.Tenn.
