Section 0800-02-29-.06 - COPIES OF RECORDS(1) A records custodian shall respond to a public record request for copies in the most economic and efficient manner practicable.(2) Copies will be available for pickup at a location specified by the records custodian or may be delivered to the mailing address specified by the requester.(3) A requestor will be allowed to make copies of records with personal equipment.
