Section 0800-02-29-.05 - INSPECTION OF RECORDS(1) There shall be no charge for inspection of open public records.(2) The location for inspection of records within the offices of the Bureau of Workers' Compensation should be determined by the records custodian.(3) The records custodian may require an appointment for inspection and shall be present during the inspection process.Tenn.
