Section 0800-01-02-.04 - FORM OF APPLICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS(1) Form of Applications. No particular form is prescribed for the application for a variance. It shall however be an original typewritten application and filed with the Commissioner.(2) Certifications. Every application or other paper which is filed in proceedings under this chapter shall be certified by the person filing same, his attorney or authorized representative.Tenn. Comp.
