Section 0800-01-02-.03 - PUBLIC NOTICES OF GRANTED VARIANCES

Every final action granting a variance will be published in one newspaper of general circulation in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis and Nashville. The documents will be kept on file in the office of the Commissioner.

Original rule certified June 10, 1974. Repeal and new rule filed September 7, 2004; effective January 28, 2005.
