Section 0780-05-09-.07 - CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

No later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled closing date of any proposed sale of a cemetery, the buyer shall submit to the Commissioner an application for registration accompanied by the appropriate nonrefundable filing fee.
