Section 0780-05-09-.06 - REPORTS LACKING REQUIRED INFORMATION(1) A report required to be filed with the Commissioner by T.C.A. §§46-1-214 or 46-1-215 that fails to contain any required information shall not be accepted by the Commissioner for filing and shall not toll the deadline for filing.(2) A report that is not accepted for filing shall be promptly returned to the person submitting such report, along with an indication of the required information that is lacking.Tenn.
