Section 0400-48-01-.13 - MAINTENANCE OF SUBSURFACE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM(1) It is the property owner's responsibility to maintain the system in a safe and sanitary manner.(2) Should the system malfunction, the Commissioner shall issue, in writing, a maximum thirty (30) day notice to the owner requiring repair, replacement or improvement of the system.(3) Any ATS system permitted under paragraph (2) of Rule0400-48-01-.10 must be maintained in accordance with paragraph (2) of Rule0400-48-01-.10.Tenn.
