Section 0400-40-13-.11 - PROTECTED AREAS

Protected areas may be established through a rulemaking action by the Board of Water Quality, Oil and Gas. Any person desiring to have such an area established may request this action by sending a letter to the Board stating the basis for such action. The Uniform Administrative Procedures Act also allows a more formal process for requesting a rulemaking action in T.C.A. § 4-5-201.
