Section 0400-40-13-.10 - ANNUAL CERTIFICATION(1) On or before October 1 of every year, any person who operated an existing inter-basin transfer on May 31, 2000, either directly or through one or more intermediaries, shall file with the department a statement under oath certifying that there has been no increase in the transfer together with flow or pumping records documenting the amount transferred.
