Section 0240-07-03-.03 - DEFINITIONS(1) Campus. The main MTSU campus and any additional property owned by the University.(2) Vehicle. Any self-propelled vehicle, including, but not limited to, automobiles, motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, and golf carts capable of exceeding twenty-five (25) miles per hour over level, paved surfaces.(3) Visitor.
