MTSU reserves the right to regulate the use and/or parking of all vehicles on its campus or on property owned by MTSU in accordance with this rule and to forbid the use of a vehicle by any person whose operation of the vehicle fails to comply with University policies, City of Murfreesboro ordinances, and/or Tennessee state laws pertaining to vehicles.
