Section 74:53:01:34 - Seepage pits allowable

A seepage pit is permissible at the end of an absorption system if the bottom of the pit is no more than 4 feet below the ground surface and the requirements of § 74:53:01:15 and either § 74:53:01:31 or 74:53:01:32 are met.
