Section 74:52:05:09 - Public notice not required for denial of request for modifications, revocation and reissuance, or termination of a permit

Public notice is not required when a request for permit modification, revocation and reissuance, or termination is denied. Written notice of that denial shall be given to the requester and to the permittee.
