Section 74:52:05:08 - Public notice of permit actions required

The secretary shall give public notice that the following actions have occurred:

(1) A permit application has been tentatively denied;

(2) A statement of basis and proposed permit have been prepared; and

(3) A contested case hearing has been scheduled.
