Section 74:36:05:34 - Minor permit amendment required

A Part 70 source may request a minor permit amendment under §§ 74:36:05:35 to 74:36:05:38, inclusive, for a change that does not constitute a modification and is not prohibited under any applicable requirement under Title I of the Clean Air Act.
