Section 74:02:01:42.06 - New license representative or licensing for additional well types

To designate a new well driller license representative for an existing well driller license or when a well driller wants to be licensed for drilling and constructing additional well types, the well driller shall establish individual experience and qualifications in accordance with § 74:02:01:42.03.
