Section 74:02:01:42.05 - Deadline for renewal of license

An application to renew a well driller license must be postmarked before February 1 of the license renewal year. Applications for a license renewal postmarked after January 31 of the license renewal year shall be rejected and the applicant shall comply with the requirements for new applications in § 74:02:01:42.03.
