Section 67:54:07:10 - Provider agreement with Department of Human Services

A provider agreement between the Department of Human Services and the TBI service provider shall specify the provider's service limits and the rate of reimbursement. The agreement shall cover a one-year period and, if both parties agree, may be revised during the year. Revisions made during the year must be in writing.
