Section 44:70:02:21 - Heating and cooling

The temperature in any occupied space in the facility shall be maintained between 68 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit during waking hours and not lower than 64 degrees Fahrenheit during sleeping hours. Each resident's space may be maintained outside the required range if desired by the resident.
