Section 44:70:02:20 - Location

The location of a facility shall promote the health, treatment, comfort, safety, and well-being of persons accepted and retained for care. A facility shall be served by good, passable roads. Easy accessibility for personnel, visitors, and firefighting services shall be maintained.
