Section 20:86:01:04 - Fees

The fees for licensure as a behavior analyst are:

(1) An applicant applying for the initial license shall pay an application fee of $300 and a licensing fee of $350;

(2) An applicant for the annual renewal of a license shall pay a licensing fee of $350;

(3) A licensee requesting a duplicate license shall pay a $20 fee;

(4) An applicant seeking to renew a license after forfeiture shall pay a late fee of an additional 50 percent of the annual fee.
