Section 20:51:29:26 - Denial of registration

The board may deny an application for registration as a pharmacy technician for any violation of:

(1) The laws of this state, another state, or the United States, relating to prescription drugs, controlled substances, or nonprescription drugs; or

(2) This chapter.
