A pharmacy technician may not exhibit illegal or unethical behavior in connection with the technician's pharmacy employment. Illegal or unethical behavior includes: verbal or physical abuse, coercion, intimidation, harassment, sexual advances, threats, degradation of character, profanity, indecent or obscene conduct, and theft. A violation of this section may be grounds for disciplinary action as provided for in § 20:51:29:27.
