Section 20:41:10:02 - Unprofessional conduct

Willfully practicing beyond the scope of practice, violating the terms of suspension or probation ordered by the board or following a course of conduct or practice in violation of SDCL 36-5 or in violation of this article constitutes unprofessional conduct.
