Section 20:41:10:01 - Board action in general

The board, through a designated investigator or the disciplinary committee, shall promptly investigate all complaints filed in writing with the board or the disciplinary committee and violations which come to the attention of one or more board members. This chapter applies to holders of licenses or certificates regulated by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
