Section 20:04:26:20 - Refusal to deliver a claimed horse prohibited

No person shall refuse to deliver a horse claimed out of a claiming race to the person or persons entitled to the horse under this chapter. The horse in question shall be disqualified along with all other horses owned or trained by the person who refuses delivery until delivery is made.
