Section 20:01:01:05 - Diet lean ground beef, diet lean regular ground beef, and diet lean chopped beef defined

Diet lean ground beef, diet lean regular ground beef, and diet lean chopped beef shall meet the same requirements as regular ground beef except that they shall not contain more than 10 percent fat.
