Section 20:01:01:04 - Extra lean ground beef, extra lean regular ground beef, and extra lean chopped beef defined

Extra lean ground beef, extra lean regular ground beef, and extra lean chopped beef shall meet the same requirements as regular ground beef except that they shall not contain more than 15 percent fat.
