Section 2:06:03:05.01 - Mobile breath alcohol testing device fees

A participant using a mobile breath alcohol testing device shall pay a fee of four dollars for each day the participant uses the device. In addition, the participant shall pay an installation fee and a deactivation fee of $40 each.
