Section 2:06:03:05 - Ignition interlock device fees

A participant submitting to ignition interlock device testing shall pay an enrollment fee of $40. The participant shall also pay a monitoring fee of $20 for each periodic inspection that occurs pursuant to § 2:06:02:02.02.
