Section 67-413 - Periodic ReportA. The employer's representative shall file a Form 18, Periodic Report, or the EDI equivalent Sub Annual (SA), as follows:(1) Six months after the alleged date of injury and each six months thereafter until the Commission's file is closed; and(2) At the request of the Commission.Amended by State Register Volume 20, Issue No. 5, eff May 24, 1996; State Register Volume 21, Issue No. 4, eff April 25, 1997; State Register Volume 42, Issue No. 02, eff. 2/23/2018.
