Section 61-79.264.A.4 - Imminent hazard action

Notwithstanding any other provisions of these regulations, enforcement actions may be brought pursuant to Section 44-56-50 of the 1976 South Carolina Code of Laws, as amended, and pursuant to section7003 of RCRA.
